Ted ZepfelTed Zepfel is currently the Vice President of Operations for Alternative Distribution at American Advisors Group (AAG), where he is responsible for monitoring and leading through influence the End to End performance of the National Wholesale and Distributed Sales Operations Channel. He is challenged to partner with site leadership in the channel to analyze data, ensure its accuracy and present solutions to enable quick decision making and determine predictive impact of the selected solutions in order to meet goals for increased productivity, customer satisfaction, associate satisfaction, quality and financial goals.

Ted has extensive background in all areas of Mortgage Lending. He is a passionate, driven, and hardworking leader with proven experience in building and leading large remote and centralized teams. He possess over 10 years of experience in areas of LOS implementation, vendor management, collateral management, strategic capacity planning, contract negotiation, financial goal setting, oversight of multiple remote and centralized operations centers, and project management. Prior to joining AAG, Zepfel held leadership positions at Bank of America, AXA Equitable and Wells Fargo. Ted Zepfel earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations/Business from University of Southern California and an MBA from University of California, Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business where he earned the distinction Beta Gamma Sigma (Honors). While attending USC he was an All-American and Two Time NCAA Champion for the Men’s Water Polo Team.
